What is ViviMate IPTV?
ViviMate IPTV is a subscription that delivers live TV channels, sports, movies and series over your internet connection instead of a satellite dish or cable. You watch it through an IPTV player app on your TV, streaming stick, phone, tablet or computer.
How does ViviMate work?
After you order, you receive login details for your subscription as an Xtream Codes login, an M3U playlist link or a MAG portal address, together with setup instructions. You enter them into a compatible IPTV player, which loads the channel list, on-demand library and TV guide, then streams the video over your home internet connection.
Is ViviMate an app, and is it the same as TiviMate?
No on both counts. ViviMate is the subscription service that provides the content. TiviMate is a separate, independently developed IPTV player for Android-based devices, and it is one of several players that can be used to watch ViviMate.
What devices are supported?
ViviMate works on Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV and Firestick, Android devices, iPhone and iPad, Mac and PC, Xbox and PlayStation, and MAG devices, using a compatible third-party IPTV player on each.
Does ViviMate support 4K?
Yes. Content offered in 4K plays in 4K on a 4K-capable TV or streaming device with a player that supports it. A stable connection of around 25 Mbps is a sensible guideline for 4K.
Does ViviMate support 8K?
ViviMate is 8K-ready: where a stream is available in 8K, it can be played on an 8K TV or device that can decode it. Genuine 8K broadcasts are still rare across the industry, so most Ultra HD viewing today is in 4K.
Does ViviMate include an EPG?
Yes. ViviMate includes an electronic programme guide (EPG) so your player can show what's on now and what's coming up. Catch-up is available on supported channels and content. How the guide looks depends on the player you use.
How do I set up ViviMate?
Install a compatible IPTV player on your device, open it, and add a new playlist or login using the details we send you. The channel list and guide then load automatically. We include instructions for your device with your setup details.
How quickly do I receive my subscription?
Setup details are normally delivered within 15 minutes after successful payment. The message includes your login details (Xtream Codes, M3U or MAG portal) and setup instructions for your device.
What payment methods are available?
ViviMate accepts PayPal, Visa and Crypto. Choose your method when you place your order.
Is a trial available?
Yes, a trial is offered. Contact support for current trial details. A trial lets you check playback on your own device and connection before choosing a plan.
Can I use a VPN with ViviMate?
Yes, ViviMate is VPN compatible. A VPN adds a small amount of overhead, so choose a nearby server and check your speed with the VPN switched on.
What internet speed do I need?
As a guideline: around 5 Mbps for SD, 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K and 50 Mbps or more for 8K, per screen. Stability matters as much as raw speed, so a wired connection or strong Wi-Fi helps.
