Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ViviMate collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to provide the service.

Who we are

vivimatepro.net and the ViviMate service are operated by ViviMate ("ViviMate", "we", "us"). You can contact us about privacy through our contact page.

Information we collect

When you browse this website

  • Technical data that any web server receives, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. Our hosting provider may keep this in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
  • Your theme preference (light or dark), stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

When you use the speed test

The speed test transfers temporary, randomly generated data between your browser and our server to measure your connection. The test data is discarded immediately and your results are not stored.

When you order or contact support

  • your name or display name and your contact details (for example, phone number or email address);
  • the plan you ordered and your payment confirmation (we do not receive full card details);
  • device information you choose to share for setup, such as a MAG box MAC address;
  • the content of your messages to support.

How we use information

  • to process your order and deliver your subscription details;
  • to provide setup help and customer support;
  • to manage renewals, refunds and account issues;
  • to keep the website and service secure and prevent abuse;
  • to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • payment providers, to process your payment;
  • messaging providers (such as WhatsApp, which our contact form opens), to communicate with you;
  • hosting providers, to run the website.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and support records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle renewals, refunds and legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. We limit access to personal information to people who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and significant changes will be highlighted here.
