ViviMate Subscription Guide: How to Choose and Order the Right Plan

Every plan includes the same features, so the real decision is length. Here's how to pick, what to check first and what happens after you order.

Choosing a ViviMate subscription is simpler than most streaming sign-ups: there are no content tiers to compare and no add-on packs to decode. This guide explains what you get, how to pick a plan length, and what the ordering process looks like from start to finish.

What every ViviMate subscription includes

All plans unlock the same service. The only difference between them is how long they last. Every subscription includes:

  • live TV channels across sports, news, entertainment, kids and international categories;
  • the on-demand library of films and series;
  • HD & 4K playback where the source supports it, and 8K-ready playback on compatible streams and devices;
  • the EPG TV guide, with catch-up on supported channels and content;
  • compatibility with popular IPTV player apps;
  • VPN compatibility;
  • setup help and ongoing customer support.

Current prices are on the ViviMate pricing page, and the ViviMate features page explains each feature in more detail.

Choosing between 1, 3, 6 and 12 months

PlanPriceRenewals per yearBest for
1 Month€2012Trying ViviMate on your own setup, or covering a single event or short stay.
3 Months€35 (€11.67/month)4First-time IPTV users who want time to settle on a player and device before committing longer.
6 Months€45 (€7.50/month)2Following a single sports season or a run of series without committing to a full year.
12 Months€65 (€5.42/month)1Households that already know IPTV suits them and want a single renewal date each year.

A practical way to decide: if you've never used IPTV, start shorter and move to a longer plan at renewal once you're happy with how it runs on your setup. If you're switching from another service and already have a player you like, a longer plan means fewer renewals to think about.

Before you order: a quick checklist

  1. Test your connection on the device you'll use most with the streaming speed test. Aim for at least 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps for 4K.
  2. Confirm your device on the ViviMate devices page. If it's not listed, ask support.
  3. Pick a player app and install it in advance so you're ready when your details arrive. The ViviMate IPTV player guide helps you choose.
  4. Read the refund policy so you know where you stand.

How ordering works

Ordering follows three steps. First, choose your plan on the plans page. Second, send your order through the contact page and pay by PayPal, Visa or Crypto. Third, you receive your setup details, normally within 15 minutes after successful payment.

It speeds things up if you mention these in your order message:

  • which device or devices you'll watch on;
  • which player app you've installed, if you've chosen one;
  • for MAG boxes, the MAC address printed on the label under the box.

What you receive after ordering

Your setup message contains:

  • your login details, either an Xtream Codes login (server, username, password), an M3U playlist link or a portal address;
  • the EPG link, if your player needs it entered separately;
  • short instructions for your device.

Keep this message somewhere safe, because you'll need the details again if you reinstall your player or add another device. The ViviMate setup guide explains where each detail goes.

Renewing your subscription

Most IPTV players show your subscription's expiry date in their account or settings screen, so you can see when renewal is coming up. To renew or switch to a different length, contact support before the expiry date to avoid a gap in viewing. Support will confirm how renewal works for your account, including whether your existing login details carry over, when you order.
